Retainer
If a company is struggling with regular labour issues and disputes, it could benefit from having a fixed monthly retainer fee in place rather than paying an hourly rate or fixed fee. At an agreed monthly retainer fee for an initial period of 12 months, which includes travel costs, all my retainer services can be secured on a preferential basis. If a retainer agreement is signed, the litigation services fee plus travel cost per kilometer referred to below, will be provided at reduced rates as an incentive, resulting in an even bigger monthly saving. A retainer agreement will allow a company to save money and focus on its core business, leaving all the HR, IR and Labour Law issues in my capable hands.
02
Ad Hoc
Paying an agreed hourly rate or fixed fee for any ad hoc services, plus travel cost per kilometer which includes travel time, offers a level of flexibility that many businesses need in these uncertain times. Whether a company needs a once-off service for a specific project or an ongoing solution to help its business grow, paying an ad hoc fee allows a choice between hourly rate and fixed fee options that best meets the business’ budget. These flexible solutions are perfect for both small and large companies, providing the same high-quality services regardless of the fee option chosen. For businesses in need of bespoke services, ad hoc fees provide a straightforward and cost-effective way to get the support they require.
03
Litigation
In light of the fact that litigation takes place on an if-and-when basis and the time spent cannot be predicted, the fee is an agreed hourly rate plus travel cost per kilometer, which includes travel time.
04
Training
The fee is an agreed fixed fee depending on the number of attendees and days of training involved.
